摘 要:目的探讨分析OAE复筛未过婴儿的中耳功能、ABR、DPOAE检测结果的应用性。方法方便选择2018年5月-2019年8月该院收治的88例耳声发射(OAE)复筛未过的婴儿作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行整理分析,根据婴儿的中耳功能将其分为对照组(中耳功能正常,1000 Hz鼓室导抗图有正峰)和观察组(中耳功能异常,1000 Hz鼓室导抗图无正峰),两组各44例,对这些婴儿的听性脑干反应(ABR)、畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)等情况进行整理分析。结果两组婴儿的临床资料进行整理分析,与对照组相比,观察组在听性脑干反应(ABR)检测分级情况中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的畸变产物耳声发射检查通过率29.55%低于对照组65.91%,两组结果差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.661,P<0.05)。结论对于OAE复筛未过婴儿进行相关检查可以发现其中耳功能和ABR检测结果没有明显关联,和DPOAE检测结果存在关系,可以为后续的应用分析提供参考。Objective To explore the applicability of analyzing middle ear function,ABR and DPOAE test results of infants who have not passed the OAE re-screening.Methods 88 cases of infants who have not passed the re-screening of otoacoustic emission(OAE)in the hospital were selected as the research objects.These infants were conveniently included from May 2018 to August 2019,and their clinical data were sorted and analyzed.Infants’middle ear function is divided into control group(normal middle ear function,positive peak in 1000 Hz tympanometry)and observation group(abnormal middle ear function,no positive peak in 1000 Hz tympanometry),with 44 cases in each group,to sort out and analyze the auditory brainstem response(ABR)and distortion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAE)of these babies.Results The clinical data of the two groups of infants were sorted and analyzed.The result was that the observation group had no significant difference in the auditory brainstem response(ABR)detection classification compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the distortion products of the observation group of the pass rate of otoacoustic emission examination was 29.55%lower than that of the control group 65.91%.The results of the two groups were statistically significantly different(χ^2=11.661,P<0.05).Conclusion For infants who have not passed the OAE re-screening,the relevant examination can find that the ear function is not significantly related to the ABR test results,and there is a relationship with the DPOAE test results,which can provide a reference for subsequent application analysis.
