摘　　要：目的探究曲安奈德序贯联合点阵Er-YAG 2940 nm激光治疗增生性疤痕的效果。方法方便选择于2017年1月-2019年12月入该院治疗的80例增生性疤痕患者为分析对象,依据随机原则将其分为单一组与联合组,各40例。单一组予以注射曲安奈德治疗,联合组予以曲安奈德序贯联合点阵Er-YAG 2940 nm激光治疗。观察两组患者的疤痕改善情况、临床总有效率及不良反应率。结果联合组患者的临床总有效率(100.00%)高于单一组(85.00%)(χ^2=4.505,P<0.05);治疗后联合组患者的疤痕长度(37.65±4.11)mm低于单一组(43.39±4.03)mm,宽度(26.34±3.55)mm低于单一组(31.24±3.20)mm,厚度(1.80±0.45)mm低于单一组(2.62±0.41)mm,VSS评分(5.19±0.71)分低于单一组(7.82±0.80)分(P<0.05);联合组患者的不良反应发生率(5.00%)低于单一组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德序贯联合点阵Er-YAG 2940 nm激光治疗增生性疤痕效果良好,可缩减疤痕面积,降低疤痕厚度,且不良反应少。Objective To explore the effect of sequential combination of triamcinolone acetonide with fractional Er-YAG 2940 nm laser in the treatment of hyperplastic scars.Methods Eighty patients with hyperplastic scars who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were conveniently selected as the analysis objects.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into a single group and a combined group,with 40 cases in each group.The single group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection,and the combined group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide sequential combined with fractional Er-YAG 2940 nm laser.Observe the scar improvement,clinical total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups of patients.Results The total clinical effective rate(100.00%)of the combined group was higher than that of the single group(85.00%)(χ^2=4.505,P<0.05);the scar length(37.65±4.11)mm of the combined group was lower than that of the single group after treatment(43.39±4.03)mm,width(26.34±3.55)mm lower than a single group(31.24±3.20)mm,thickness(1.80±0.45)mm lower than a single group(2.62±0.41)mm,the VSS score(5.19±0.71)points was lower than the single group(7.82±0.80)points(P<0.05);patients in the combined group of the incidence of adverse reactions(5.00%)was lower than that of the single group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential combination of triamcinolone acetonide and the fractional ErYAG 2940 nm laser has a good effect in treating hyperplastic scars,which can reduce the scar area and thickness,and has few adverse reactions.
