摘　　要：目的探讨术中保温护理在预防妇科腹腔镜手术患者低体温中的应用价值。方法方便选取该院2018年8月-2019年8月间收治的108例妇科腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案的不同分为研究组(n=54)以及对照组(n=54)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施术中保温护理,比较两组患者术中低体温发生率、并发症以及术后麻醉清醒时间情况。结果研究组低体温发生率(5.56%)较对照组(20.37%)更低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.252,P=0.022);研究组术后并发症发生率(12.96%)较对照组(29.63%)更低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.475,P=0.034)。研究组术后麻醉清醒时间要短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.069,P=0.001)。结论在妇科腹腔镜手术过程中通过实施术中保温护理能够降低低体温发生率以及并发症发生率,可缩短患者术后麻醉清醒时间,为患者手术顺利实施提供安全保障。Objective To explore the application value of intraoperative insulation care in preventing hypothermia in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 108 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group(n=54)and control group(n=54)according to different nursing plans.The control group carried out routine nursing care,and the study group carried out intraoperative warm-keeping nursing on this basis.The incidence of hypothermia during operation,complications and postoperative awake time of anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of hypothermia in the study group(5.56%)was lower than that in the control group(20.37%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.252,P=0.022);the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(12.96%)compared with the control group(29.63%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.475,P=0.034).The time to wake up from anesthesia in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.069,P=0.001).Conclusion In the course of gynecological laparoscopic surgery,the implementation of intraoperative heat preservation care can reduce the incidence of hypothermia and the incidence of complications,shorten the time for patients to wake up after anesthesia,and provide safety guarantee for the smooth implementation of the operation.
