超声剪切波组织定量技术在男性酒精依赖综合征患者肝脏检查的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声剪切波组织定量(elastography point quantification,ElastPQ)技术在男性酒精依赖综合征患者肝脏检查中的应用价值。方法方便选取2018年1月-2020年1月在该院诊断为酒精依赖综合征男性住院患者192例作为酒精依赖组,同期选择192名健康体检者作为对照组。所有受检者均行肝脏超声ElastPQ检查,观察并比较两组受检者肝脏超声ElastPQ值。结果酒精依赖组的肝脏ElastPQ均值为(6.75±3.36)kPa,正常对照组肝脏ElastPQ均值为(3.79±0.89)kPa,差异有统计学意义(t=12.045,P<0.05)。结论超声剪切波组织定量技术在男性酒精依赖综合征患者的肝脏检查中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound shear wave tissue quantification(elastography point quantification,ElastPQ)technology in liver examination of patients with male alcohol dependence syndrome.Methods A retrospective analysis of 192 male inpatients diagnosed with alcohol dependence syndrome in the hospital from January2018 to January 2020 was used as the alcohol dependence group,and 192 healthy physical examination subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.All subjects underwent liver ultrasound ElastPQ examination,and the ElastPQ values of liver ultrasound were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The average liver ElastPQ of the alcohol dependence group was(6.75±3.36)kPa,and the average liver ElastPQ of the normal control group was(3.79±0.89)kPa.The difference was statistically significant(t=12.045,P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic shear wave tissue quantification technology has high application value in liver examination of patients with male alcohol dependence syndrome.
