摘  要:随新能源电源大规模接入,大量不确定出力迫使系统的备用容量增加。传统配置固定比例的旋转级备用容量不适应新能源高渗透率情况,长期维持大规模旋转备用也不符合发展可再生能源理念。文中考虑发电侧和需求侧非旋转级备用资源的经济和技术特性,建立了市场环境下多级别备用的数学模型,提出考虑多级备用的混合优化方法,通过将多级别备用优化解耦为预防备用和紧急控制进行分别优化,根据响应时滞特性统一协调完成求解;针对现有多级优化和单级别优化方法运算效率低的弊端,分别提出萤火虫改进算法和基于备用价值评估的区间迭代方法,相比现有方法提升了计算精度和运算效率,更贴合备用市场实时性计算的需要,并通过算例验证了文中方法的优越性。With the large-scale access of new energy sources,a large amount of uncertain output forces the spare capacity of system to increase.The traditional model does not adapt to the high-energy permeability of new energy sources,and maintaining large-scale rotating standbys for a long time is not in line with the concept of sustainable development.In this paper,considering the characteristics of power generation side and demand side spare resources,a mathematical model of multi-level standby in the market environment is established,and a hybrid optimization method considering multi-level standby is proposed in this paper.By decoupling multi-level backup optimization to prevent backup and emergency control,respectively,according to the response time-delay characteristics,the solution is unified and coordinated,and the improvement firefly algorithm is proposed respectively for the disadvantages of the existing multi-level optimization and single-level optimization method.Compared with the existing iterative method,the interval iterative method based on the evaluation of the alternative value improves the computational accuracy and computational efficiency,and is more suitable for the real-time calculation of the standby market.The superiority of the proposed method is verified by an example.
