摘 要:在配电网中性点不接地及经消弧线圈接地系统中,针对传统接地故障选相方法未考虑泄漏电阻及三相不对称情况导致过渡电阻较高时选相错误的问题,论文提出了基于相位差的不对称配电网接地故障选相方法,考虑线路泄漏电阻及三相不对称参数,分析了故障相电压和故障前后中性点电压变化量的相位差与消弧线圈补偿状态及线路参数的内在联系,得出了接地故障选相判据,最后提出了配电网接地故障选相方法实现方案。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真环境中搭建配电网接地故障模型,仿真结果表明在不同过渡电阻及消弧线圈不同补偿状态下判据均适用,验证了所提方法的可行性。In the neutral point ungrounded system of the distribution network and the grounding system through the arc suppression coil,the traditional grounding fault phase selection method does not consider leakage resistance and three-phase asymmetry.The phase selection error is caused when the transition resistance is high.Phase selection method based on phase difference for grounding faults in asymmetric distribution networks is proposed in this paper.Considering line leakage resistance and three-phase asymmetry parameters,the intrinsic relationship between the phase difference between the fault phase voltage and the neutral point voltage change before and after the fault and the arc suppression coil compensation state and line parameters are analyzed,and the grounding fault selection criterion is obtained.Finally,the implementation scheme of phase selection method for grounding fault of distribution network is proposed.The grounding fault model of the distribution network is built in the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation environment.The simulation results show that the criterion is always applicable under different transition resistances and different arc suppression coil compensation states.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified.
