摘 要:构筑了基于部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)、石油磺酸盐(PS)及烷醇酰胺(CDEA)的聚/表二元复合驱体系,在此基础上,通过填砂管驱油实验和微观驱油实验,研究了驱油效果和驱油机理。实验结果表明:驱体系中HPAM(相对分子质量为(23~26)×106)用量为0.20%,复配表面活性剂(m(PS)∶m(CDEA)=1∶3)用量为0.20%;与水驱相比,聚合物驱和聚/表复合驱能够显著提高波及体积,最终采收率的增加幅度分别为30.7%和40.3%;相比单纯聚合物驱,表面活性剂通过降低油水界面张力,使原油易于乳化分散,形成O/W乳状液,提高洗油效率。The polymer/surfactant compound flooding system based on partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM),petroleum sulfonate(PS)and alkanolamide(CDEA)was constructed.By means of sandpack flooding tests and microscopic oil displacement tests,its EOR effect and mechanisms were studied.The experimental results showed that the dosage of polymer(with the relative molecular weight of(23~26)×106)in the optimal oil displacement system was 0.20%,and the dosage of mixed surfactant system(m(PS)∶m(CDEA)=1∶3)was 0.20%.Compared with water flooding,polymer flooding and polymer/surfactant compound flooding could significantly improve the sweep volume,and the final recovery rate increased by 30.7%and 40.3%,respectively.Meanwhile,compared with polymer flooding,surfactants could reduce the oil-water interfacial tension(IFT),make crude oil prone to emulsify and disperse,form O/W emulsions,and improve oil displacement efficiency.
