摘 要:本土汉语教师培养是当前汉语国际教育的重要问题,也是缓解世界各国汉语师资短缺问题的重要举措之一。从区域性、国别化本土汉语教师培养的角度考察来看,南亚地区还属于薄弱环节。南亚作为“一带一路”倡议重要区域,行业汉语人才需求旺盛,培养符合区域实际的汉语人才是亟待思考的问题。目前,南亚来华汉语本土师资培养过程存在人才培养方案同质化严重;课程设置单一;学生跨文化适应性差,管理难度大等现实问题。我们应加强顶层设计,以国别化需求为指导;提升质量内涵,优化培养方案;突出职业特色,注重类型化培养;强化实习实践环节,着力应用型人才培养等,努力构建适用于南亚本土实际的实用型汉语师资培养体系。The training of local Chinese teachers is an important issue in the field of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages,and it is also one of the important measures to alleviate the shortage of Chinese teachers in the world.From a regional and countryspecific perspective,the training of local Chinese teachers in South-Asian countries needs to be further strengthened.South Asia,as an important region on the Belt and Road,is in great demand for Chinese-speaking talents,and cultivating Chinese talents in line with regional reality is an issue that needs to be considered urgently.At present,the training of South-Asian Chinese teachers has some practical problems,such as homogenous standards,unitary curriculum settings and difficult student management.We should focus more on the top-level design,and set regionalized guidelines to promote the quality,optimize the standards,highlights occupational characteristics,and emphasize classificatory trainings.In the meantime,internships and social practices should also be reinforced to train application-oriented talents and construct a Chinese teacher training system which is suitable for the practical situation in South Asia.
