摘　　要：荆防败毒散来源于人参败毒散,组方配伍精妙,适合在疫病早期广泛应用,并善治疮疡、痘疹等毒蕴肌表之疾,又有逆流挽舟治泄利之用。其应用验案在古籍中多有记载,但目前相关文献报道较少。本文探析荆防败毒散的源流,系统梳理历代医家对其应用与发挥,分析总结其现代应用,以加强对荆防败毒散的理解与运用,为其深入研究奠定基础。Jingfang Baidu powder,which originates from Renshen Baidu powder,is well combined,and the formula is appropriately used widely in the early stage of epidemic diseases,good at dermatopathy with accumulated toxin and diarrhea by hauling the boat upstream.There are many records about its application in ancient books,but there are few reports about it at present.In this paper,the origin and development of Jingfang Baidu powder were analyzed systematically,and its application was analyzed and summarized in order to strengthen the understanding and application of Jingfang Baidu powder and lay a foundation for its in-depth study.
