摘　　要：文章以67条美国高校图书馆发布的数字人文馆员招聘信息为研究对象,从招聘单位对应聘者的教育背景、专业知识、综合素质和相关工作经验的要求4个维度进行内容分析,归纳数字人文馆员的知识结构,并结合我国高校图书馆实际情况,在数字人文馆员的岗位设置、人员选拔、培养教育等方面提出建议。Based on 67 pieces of recruitment information of digital humanities librarian in American academic libraries,this paper comprehensively analyzed the digital humanities librarians'knowledge structure of American academic libraries from the dimensions of educational backgrounds,professional knowledge,comprehensive quality and relevant experience.Combining the present situation of domestic academic libraries into consideration,it proposes some suggestions on post setting,personnel selection and training education of the digital humanities librarian.
