摘　　要：文章从分析数字化图书馆服务的特点入手,通过阐述数字化图书馆服务过程中读者的权利和义务,分析了数字化图书馆服务过程中读者权利义务不均衡的因素,探讨了数字化图书馆服务过程中读者权利义务均衡的对策。数字化图书馆服务过程中,确保读者权利义务均衡有利于提升数字化图书馆的服务层次与水平。As one of the important members of library construction,readers are the real owners of libraries and play a decisive role in promoting the development of library cause in the new era.This paper begins with the analysis of the characteristics of digital library services,and expounds the rights and obligations of readers in the process of digital library service.It probes into the countermeasure of reader's rights and duties balance in the process of digital library service.In the process of digital library service,ensuring the balance of reader's rights and duties is conducive to improving the service level and standard of digital library.
