摘 要:目的探讨64排螺旋CT采纳大螺距扫描在新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)肺炎(novel coronavirus pneumonia,NCP)患者胸部CT检查中的应用及对图像质量的影响。方法选择新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)患者200例,分为对照组和实验组分别进行胸部CT扫描,两组各100例,实验组采用大螺距模式,螺距为=1.50、对照组采用常规螺距,螺距=1。两组患者CT检查设备均采用日立SCENARIA 64排(Hitachi)128层螺旋CT,其它扫描条件,管电压、管电流、扫描层厚、准直器宽度等均相同。采用SPSS 20分别对两组患者的胸部CT图像质量IQS评分、图像扫描时间、患者所受辐射剂量、图像噪声值进行统计学分析。结果两组图像的噪声无明显差异。实验组患者图像优良率为92%,明显高于对照组患者的图像优良率79%;对照组平均扫描时间为7.5s,实验组平均扫描时间为5.3s,两组平均扫描时间相差2.2s;实验组病例受照射辐射剂量平均值为1.23mSv,对照组平均值为2.48mSv,大螺距组患者所受照射剂量明显低于小螺距组。结论在保证NCP患者胸部CT检查图像质量的前提下选择大螺距扫描,可以达到减少扫描时间、降低辐射剂量,提高图像质量的目的,从而为NCP患者胸部CT检查提供一种新的模式。Objective To explore the effect of 64-MDCT with large pitch selection on image quality for novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)pneumonia(NCP)patients.Methods The 200 novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)patients were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group.Chest CT scan was performed respectively.Two cases in each group had 100 cases.The experimental group adopted large pitch mode,pitch=1.50,and the control group used conventional pitch and pitch=1.The CT examination equipment of the two groups was Hitachi spiral CT with 128 layers,and the tube voltage,tube current,scanning layer thickness and collimator width were the same under other scanning conditions.SPSS 20 was used to analyze the image quality IQs score,image scanning time,radiation dose and image noise of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in noise between the two groups.The excellent rate of image in the experimental group was 92%,significantly higher than that in the control group(79%).The average scanning time in the control group was 7.5s,and the average scanning time in the experimental group was 5.3s.The average scanning time of the two groups was 2.2s,the average radiation dose of the experimental group was 1.23msv,the average radiation dose of the control group was 2.48msv,and the radiation dose of the large pitch group was significantly lower than that of the small pitch group.Conclusion Under the premise of ensuring the image quality of NCP patients chest CT examination,choosing large pitch scanning can reduce the scanning time and the radiation dose and improve the image quality,thus providing a new mode for NCP patients'chest CT examination.
