摘  要:目的探讨哮喘患儿呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)、1,25-二羟维生素D3[1,25-(OH)2-VD3]水平及其临床意义。方法选择我院2018年12月~2019年12月间收治的80例哮喘患儿为观察组,选择同期健康体检志愿儿童50例作为对照组。比较各组及不同病情患儿FeNO、C-ACT、1,25-(OH)2-VD3、FEV 1水平;分析FeNO、C-ACT、1,25-(OH)2-VD3与FEV 1、病情程度的相关性。结果观察组FeNO水平高于对照组,1,25-(OH)2-VD3、FEV 1水平低于对照组(P<0.001);患儿病情程度越重,FeNO水平越高、C-ACT、1,25-(OH)2-VD3、FEV 1水平越低(P<0.05);患儿C-ACT、1,25-(OH)2-VD3与FEV 1呈正相关性,与病情程度呈负相关性(P<0.05);患儿FeNO与FEV 1、病情程度无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论哮喘患儿C-ACT、1,25-(OH)2-VD3与FEV 1、病情程度密切相关。临床上通过检测C-ACT、1,25-(OH)2-VD3水平,可有效评估哮喘病情变化,从而为哮喘病情控制提供一定理论指导,改善预后。Objective To investigate the levels of FeNO,C-ACT,1,25-(OH)2-VD3 and their clinical significance in children with asthma.Methods 80 asthmatic children admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group and 50 healthy children as the control group.The levels of FeNO,C-ACT,1,25-(OH)2-VD3 and FEV 1 were compared in each group and children with different diseases,and the correlation among FeNO,C-ACT,1,25-(OH)2-VD3,FEV 1 and disease severity was analyzed.Results The level of FeNO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of 1,25-(OH)2-VD3 and FEV 1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The more serious the disease was,the higher the level of FeNO,the lower the level of C-ACT,1,25-(OH)2-VD3 and FEV 1 were in the observation group(P<0.05).The positive correlation between C-ACT,1,25-(OH)2-VD3 and FEV 1 in the observation group was negative(P<0.05),and there was no significant correlation between FeNO and FEV 1 and the disease degree(P<0.05).Conclusion C-ACT,1,25-(OH)2-VD3 are closely related to FEV 1 and the degree of asthma.In clinic,by detecting C-ACT and 1,25-(OH)2-VD3 levels,we can effectively evaluate the changes of asthma,so as to provide theoretical guidance for asthma control and improve prognosis.
