基于以太坊的高校国家助学金系统

摘　　要：传统的中心化管理模式存在着很多缺陷,如系统中心因权力过于集中而无法被约束。同时,由于存在评审不规范、评定标准模糊等问题,现有助学模式中资源浪费和分配不公平现象时有发生,给助学工作造成诸多障碍。区块链技术具有数据长期保存、难以篡改以及出现问题时可溯源等特征,在助学系统中的运用有助于精准识别助学信息,改变自上而下的资金分配方式,重塑以效率为中心的国家助学金资助取向。提出基于区块链以太坊平台的去中心化助学系统,系统包含账户管理、助学工作管理、资金发放等功能模块,实现了流程信息的上链保存,并确保助学数据在工作环节中不可篡改,避免了不公平行为的发生。There are some problems in the centralization structure,for example,an excessive right which is too centralized could not be restrained.Traditional state grant model could cause many difficult because review standard is not clear,and it could lead to the waste of resources and the unfair distribution.Block chain possess characteristics of full record,traceability and tamper resistance.Block chain could rebuild state grants efficiency by precise identifying grant information and transforming traditional top-down model.A state grant system is implemented based on ethereum platform and decentralization idea which includes system account management,grant work management and fund management.The system saves the process information on block chain and ensures that the data of grants system is not fraudulent in the working process and avoids unfair behaviors.
