摘 要:随着连续油管应用范围的扩展,以及连续油管制造技术和焊缝热处理技术的改进,不断有更高钢级和更大直径的连续油管投入到三高油气田中应用,但这些新材料疲劳模型的测试数据还不完善。对连续油管弯曲低周疲劳损伤过程进行调研及国内外连续油管疲劳寿命预测模型的发展进行分析,发现国内外逐渐考虑缺陷和现场测量数据影响因素来改进疲劳寿命预测模型。疲劳寿命模型的基础数据来源于疲劳试验机的试验数据,使得连续油管疲劳试验装置得到较快的发展,并对国内外的疲劳试验机发展现状进行归纳。目前,连续油管疲劳试验机已经能模拟钻修井各种实际工况下多种载荷下的疲劳,但缺乏对连续油管进行系统和大量样品的试验。连续油管疲劳寿命预测模型具有一定指导性,但不能准确预测现场剩余寿命,还需要进一步的完善和改进疲劳预测模型。With the expansion of the application range of coiled tubing,the improvement of coiled tubing manufacturing technology and weld heat treatment technology,coiled tubing with higher steel grade and larger diameter has been put into production application.The test data of these new material fatigue models are still blank at home.By investigating the low cycle fatigue damage process of coiled tubing bending and analyzing the development of domestic and foreign coiled tubing fatigue life prediction model,the trend of improving the current fatigue life prediction model by gradually considering the influence factors of defects and field measurement data at home and abroad was realized.The basic data of fatigue life model was derived from the experimental data of fatigue testing machine.The continuous tubing fatigue testing machine has developed rapidly,and the research status of fatigue testing machine at home and abroad was summarized.The coiled tubing fatigue testing machine has been able to simulate fatigue under drilling and working conditions,but lacks experiments on systematic and large samples of coiled tubing.The coiled tubing fatigue life prediction model is instructive but cannot accurately predict the remaining life on site,and further improvement and improvement are needed.
