摘  要:通用远程终端单元(Remote Terminal Unit,RTU)以透传方式实现异构网络互连,缺乏对于油井工况采集参数的多样性与油田数据采集与监视控制系统(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,SCADA)通信的考虑,无法直接接入SCADA系统。为此,基于消息队列和ModBus通信技术提出了一种油井工况多参数传输系统RTU的设计方案。首先,采用消息队列机制实现了多油井、多类型的采样数据分组异步传输。其次,RTU实现采集协议和上传接入协议间的转换,实现ModBus Slaver通信,提供ModBus TCP和ModBus RTU两种SCADA接入方式。最后,使用分层思想设计一致的通信接口,以屏蔽底层通信技术的多样性,提高RTU的通用性。现场应用结果表明,该方案不仅可以完成现场无线仪表无缝接入SCADA上位机系统,而且可以满足系统多接口、可重用、易扩展等方面的需求。Universal RTU(Remote Terminal Unit)realizes the interconnection of heterogeneous networks through transparent transmission,which lacks consideration of the diversity of oil well condition acquisition parameters and communication with oilfield SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition),and can not directly access to SCADA system.Therefore,a design scheme for the multi-parameter transmission system RTU of oil well operating conditions is proposed based on message queuing and ModBus communication technology.Firstly,the message queue mechanism is used to realize the asynchronous transmission of multi-well and multi-type sampling data packets.Secondly,RTU realize the conversion between acquisition protocol and upload access protocol and ModBus Slave communication,and provides two SCADA access modes of ModBus TCP and ModBus RTU.Finally,a consistent communication interface is designed by using hierarchical theory to shield the diversity of underlying communication technologies and improve the universality of RTU.The field application results show that the design scheme can not only achieve seamless access of the field wireless instruments to the SCADA upper computer system,but also meet the requirements of multi-interface,reusability and easy expansion of the system.
