摘 要:节假日期间铁路客运需求激增,铁路运力十分紧张,在这种情况下,充分考虑旅客的出行意愿,优化设计普速旅客列车加挂方案,调整列车编组,利用有限的设备设施资源,科学合理地组织运输生产,具有重要意义。结合随机效用理论,构建旅客出行选择行为NL模型,分析旅客对节假日普速旅客列车发车时段和席别的联合选择行为,并以此为基础,建立考虑旅客选择行为的节假日普速旅客列车编组优化模型,优化设计车底加挂方案,调整列车编组,力求以最小的运营成本满足最多的客运需求。经实例验证,优化后的加挂方案中,需加挂的车底数量和运营成本均有所减少,净收益有所增加。In the case of the shortage of railway transport capacity caused by the sharply increasing demand of railway passenger transport during holidays,it is of great significance to organize railway transportation scientifically and rationally under limited facilities by optimizing train carriage adding plan and adjusting train formation plan in full consideration of passenger travel demand.Based on the random utility theory,an NL model of passenger travel choice behavior was constructed to analyze the passenger joint choice behavior for departure time and seats of common-speed passenger trains on holidays.Then the paper established an optimization model for the common-speed passenger train formation plan for holidays considering passenger choice behavior to optimize the design of the train carriage adding plan and adjust the train formation in order to meet the maximum passenger transport demand with the minimum operation cost.It is found that compared with the actual plan,the number of train carriages and the operation cost of the optimized plan are reduced,and the net income is increased.
