摘  要:在永磁同步电机的矢量控制中,转子初始位置误差可能对其启动、运行性能产生严重的不利影响。为提高观测精度,对适用于转子静止条件下的高频电压注入法、电压脉冲注入法进行对比研究,分析死区时间、控制延时等非理想因素对于各种估算方法产生的影响,在此基础上提出相应的改进策略。分析显示电压脉冲注入法中的逐次逼近法和高频电压注入法中的脉振电压注入法的精度相对更优,前者实现方式简单,但估算时间较长;后者估算时间快,受非理想因素的影响最小。实验结果验证了分析和研究结论的准确性。In the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the error of initial rotor position has a serious adverse impact on the starting and control performance.In order to improve the observation accuracy,this paper made a comprehensive comparative study on voltage pulse injection based methods and high-frequency voltage injection based methods applicable to rotor static conditions,and analyzed the effects of non-ideal factors such as dead time and control delays on estimated results.Improvement strategies were proposed based on the analysis results.Analysis shows that the successive approximation method in the voltage pulse injection based methods and the pulsating voltage injection method in the high-frequency voltage injection based methods are relatively better in accuracy.The former method is simple to achieve,but with longer estimation time,while the latter one takes shorter estimation time and is least affected by non-ideal factors.The analysis and conclusions are verified by experimental results.
