摘 要:目前研究者们针对轨道板的裂缝问题做了一些研究,但轨道板最大裂缝宽度的可靠度的相关研究较少,且已有可靠度计算方法存在繁琐、耗时等弊端。在分析轨道板横向裂缝及纵向裂缝产生原因的基础上,建立温度作用与列车荷载共同作用下CRTSⅡ型轨道板横向与纵向最大裂缝宽度的功能函数,应用矩法求解横向裂缝及纵向裂缝的功能函数随温度梯度变化的可靠度指标,并探究了降温幅度对可靠度指标的影响,计算结果表明:矩法具有计算次数少、计算结果准确的优点;分析结果同时表明:轨道板纵向裂缝宽度基本不会发生超限的现象,在降温幅度较大时,横向裂缝宽度超限的概率较大,这可能会对轨道结构的耐久性造成影响;同时研究成果对轨道结构设计规范修订具备一定参考价值。To date,much research has been done on the crack problem of ballastless track slab,however,there are few studies on the reliability analysis of the maximum crack width of ballastless track slab.Besides,the current reliability calculation methods are cumbersome and time-consuming.Based on the analysis of the causes of the lateral and longitudinal cracks of the CRTSⅡballastless track slab,the limit state function of the maximum crack width under combination of temperature effect and train load was established.The reliability index of the limit state function of the lateral and longitudinal crack width changing with the temperature gradient was calculated by the methods of moment,and the influence of the drop amplitude in temperature on the reliability index was explored.The results show that the methods of moment have the advantages of reduced calculation times and accurate calculation results.The analysis results also show that the longitudinal crack width of the track slab will not exceed the limit value,and the probability of lateral crack width exceeding the limit value is large with the increase of drop amplitude in temperature,which may affect the durability of track structure.The research results are useful for the revision of the design code of track structure.
