张元素制方用药理论的构建

摘　　要：在宋代儒家积极构建本体论的时代背景和自身早年儒生经历的影响下,为了完善其医学理论体系,张元素开始重构制方用药理论。张元素将药物的气、味属性作为药物功效的本原,将药物气味的厚、薄作为分类依据,并引入阴阳、五行、运气等理论,构建药类法象体系;以气味用药为核心,整理出"气味制方法"和"五行生克制方法"。张元素将药物内在的气味属性作为论证药物外在功效的最终本性,这种理论构建方式体现了哲学本体论的思想,所重构的制方用药理论紧密地契合了其"五行-五脏-五气-药类法象-制方法"的理论模型,同时丰富了脏腑气化论指导下的制方用药理论依据。Under the influence of the construction of ontology by the Confucians in Song Dynasty and the Confucian scholar experience in the early years,ZHANG Yuansu began to reconstruct the theory of prescription formulation and medication theory to improve his medical theory system.ZHANG took the"qi"and"taste"attributes of medicine as the origin of medicine efficacy,took the thickness and thinness of"qi"and"taste"of medicine as the basis of classification,then introduced the theories of yin and yang,five phases and five evolutive phases and other theories to construct the system;he took"qi"and"taste"medication as the core,and sorted out the"formulation method by qi and taste"and"formulation method by the theory of mutual generation and restriction of five phases method".ZHANG Yuansu took the internal"qi"and"taste"of medicine as the ultimate nature for the elaboration of the external efficacy of medicine.The method of building that theory fully embodies the philosophy of ontology.The prescription formulation and medication theory closely conforms to the theoretical model of"five phases-five Zang-fu viscera-five qi-Yaolei Faxiangzhi theory",and also enriches the theoretical basis of medicine under the guidance of the theory of"qi transformation of Zang-fu viscera".
