摘　　要：为开发适合二醋酯面料染色用的环保型分散染料和染色工艺,研究了染色温度、保温时间和染色pH对染料染色性能的影响;分析了AC型分散染料在二醋酯面料上的染色提升力、上染曲线和移染性,以及染色后面料的耐光、耐洗涤和耐汗渍等色牢度。试验结果表明,适合二醋酯面料用AC型分散染料的工艺条件为:染色pH值4~6,染色温度80~90℃,保温40~60 min。醋酯面料用分散染料的提升力和配伍性优良,但移染性较差。染色后面料具有较好的服用牢度。In order to develop environment-friendly disperse dyes and dyeing process suitable for diace⁃tate fabric dyeing,the effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing time and pH value on dyeing performaces of diacetate fabrics are studied.The dyeing build-up property,dye uptake curve and migration property of AC type disperse dyes for diacetate fabric,as well as the color fastnesses to light,washing and per⁃spiration of dyed fabric are analyzed.The results show that the suitable conditions for dyeing diacetate fabric are pH 4~6,dyeing at 80~90℃for 40~60 min.Disperse dyes for acetate fabric have good dyeing build-up property and compatibility,but poor migration.The dyed fabric has good color fastness.
