南京市国有商业银行空间特征与商业集聚关联分析

摘　　要：针对多业态识别对高精度大样本数据的要求,运用Ripley’s K函数、核密度估计、局部Getis-Ord G*等方法对南京市国有商业银行空间分布格局及其商业影响机制进行分析。结果表明:1)国有商业银行存在多尺度空间集聚特征,表现出“块状-指状-点状”多中心分布结构,并沿东北-西南方向蔓延。2)网点密度由中心区向外围逐级递减,依托路网分布的银行密集区与识别的银行密度中心分布总体一致。3)商业发育程度不同的街道形成了不同规模的银行网点聚集,越靠近核心商圈,辐射效应越强。4)除商业中心外,商业人口、商业经济、商业业态和商业交通均与银行网点呈正相关。研究从方法学上拓展了POI数据在人地关系中的应用,并为优化银行网点在商业空间的选址提供了参考。Aiming at the requirement of multi-format identification for high precision large sample data,Ripley’s K-function,Kernel Density Estimation,Getis-Ord G*and other methods are used to analyze the spatial distribution pattern and the commercial influence mechanism of Nanjing state-owned commercial banks.The following results show that state-owned commercial banks have the characteristics of multi-scale spatial agglomeration,which shows a“block-finger-dot”multi-center distribution structure,and spreads along the northeast-southwest direction.The density of the banks decrease gradually from central to periphery.The areas where banks are densely distributed are mainly close to the road network,and are generally consistent with the distribution of the identified bank density center.The streets with different levels of commercial development have formed a cluster of bank outlets of different sizes.The closer the bank is to the core business area,the stronger the radiation effect is from the business circle.Except commercial centers,commercial population,commercial economy,commercial formats and commercial traffic are all positively correlated with bank outlets.The research expands the application of POI data in man-land relationship,and provides a reference for optimizing the location of bank outlets in commercial spaces.
