摘 要:采用2种拒水整理剂,制备了面密度为35 g/m^2的2种纯棉水刺非织造布。以原样布为参照对象,比较研究了纯棉水刺非织造布整理前后的微观形貌、力学性能、刚柔性、芯吸能力、有效孔径和透气性。结果表明经拒水整理剂A整理所得纯棉水刺非织造布更加柔软,其力学性能虽下降但稳定,芯吸能力较好,透气性较强;经过拒水整理剂B整理所得纯棉水刺非织造布的力学性能与原布样无明显差异,质地变硬,不具有芯吸能力,但具有较好的拒水性,且有效孔径变大,固体颗粒通过能力更强。Two kinds of pure cotton spunlaced nonwovens with surface density of 35 g/m^2 were prepared by using two kinds of water repellent finishing agents.With the original cloth taken as the reference object,the micro morphology,mechanical property,rigidity and flexibility,wicking ability,effective pore size and gas permeability of cotton spunlaced nonwovens before and after finishing were compared.The results showed that the cotton spunlaced nonwovens treated by water repellent finishing agent A was softer and had lower but stable mechanical property,better wicking ability and stronger gas permeability.Meanwhile,the mechanical properties of the cotton spunlaced nonwovens treated with water repellent finishing agent B had no obvious difference with the original cloth and it became hard and had no wicking ability but with good water repellency.Moreover,the effective pore size of it became larger,and the solid particle passing capacity was stronger.
