摘 要:选取两种规格的玄武岩纱线织造面层经纱密度及线密度不同的双层间隔纱立体机织物,以其作为增强材料制备间隔织物复合材料板。对间隔织物复合材料板进行侧压性能测试与有限元分析。结果表明织物面层经纱密度和面层经纱线密度对间隔织物复合材料板的抗侧压能力影响较大。对间隔织物复合材料板侧压试验的有限元分析结果与试验实测结果基本吻合。Two kinds of basalt yarn were selected to weave different double-layer spaced fabrics with different fabric warp density and linear density,which were used as a reinforcing material to prepare the spaced fabric composite board.The lateral pressure performance test and the finite element analysis for the spaced fabric composite board were carried out.The results showed that the warp density and linear density of the surface had great influences on the resistance to lateral pressure of the spaced fabric composite board.The results of the finite element analysis for the lateral pressure performance test of the spaced fabric composite board were basically consistent with the experimental results.
