科技创新服务乡村振兴的内在逻辑及有效供给路径研究

摘　　要：立足乡村振兴战略实施对科技创新现实诉求的视角,结合科技创新利用自身功能服务乡村振兴战略实施的内在逻辑,对乡村振兴战略实施过程中科技创新的诉求和有效供给现状进行了描述分析。发现现阶段部分区域仍存在着科技创新研发能力不强、质量不高、针对性不够、载体不突出等问题,与乡村振兴战略实施的内生需求衔接不充分、制约着乡村振兴战略的有效实施。因此,结合乡村振兴战略实际实施情况,摆脱对既有发展模式的路径依赖,提出增强科技创新的有效供给能力,完善科技创新供给结构、提高科技创新的供给质量,实现更高水平和更高质量的科技创新的供需动态平衡,促进农业农村现代化的有序建设,实现乡村全面振兴。Based on the perspective of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy on the practical demands of scientific and technological innovation,combined with the internal logic of scientific and technological innovation to use its own functions to serve the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper describes and analyzes the scientific and technological innovation demands and effective supply status during the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.It is found that there are still problems in some regions such as weak scientific and technological innovation,weak R&D capabilities,low quality,insufficient targeting,and unobtrusive carriers which are not fully connected with the endogenous demand for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and restrict the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,combining with the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating rural get rid of the path dependence on both the development pattern,increase the effective supply of science and technology innovation ability,improve the scientific and technological innovation in the supply structure,improve the quality of the supply of scientific and technological innovation,to achieve higher level and a higher quality of the dynamic balance of supply and demand of science and technology innovation,promote the construction of the agricultural modernization,to realize comprehensive revitalization of the country.
