国际化经管创新人才培养模式探索与实践--以宁波大学为例

摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程的深入,企业对国际化经管创新人才需求日益迫切,宁波大学商学院以培养“通晓国际、融通中外”的国际经管创新人才为目标,实现了教育输出与教育输入同步进行、相互促进,为我国高校培养通晓国际、中外融通的国际经管创新人才探索出了一个“多一多”的成功培养模式。详细剖析国际经管创新人才“多一多”模式的内涵、具体实践手段与过程、以及实践成效,总结了其推广应用价值,该模式既可横向向不同专业推广,也可纵向朝不同办学层次延伸,还可实现橫、纵双向同时辐射,为同类高校经管人才培养提供了借鉴与参考。Enterprises are increasingly demanding creative international management professionalsas the process of economic globalization deepens.Business School of Ningbo University has successfully explored a“multi-one-multi”mode in order to cultivate this kind of professionals who are“skilled and integrated in China and aboard”.The connotation,process,effectiveness and value of the“multi-one-multi”mode were analyzed in detail in this paper.In this way,it provides a reference for the cultivation of creative international management professionals in other similar universities.
