近30年中国历史医学地理学研究的成就与展望

摘　　要：最近30年来中国历史医学地理学主要领域的研究论文总量呈上升趋势,其中历史疾病地理研究为传统领域,论文最多,占80.53%;历史健康地理研究为新兴热点,论文逐年增多,占19.47%。开展中国历史疾病地理学研究的学科主要是历史学、地理学和中医学,开展中国历史健康地理学研究的学科主要是中医学、地理学和历史学。中国历史医学地理学已形成6大研究领域,即历史疫灾地理,历史传染病地理,历史药物地理,历史疗养地理,历史地方病地理,历史长寿地理。中国历史医学地理学研究存在学科发展不平衡、理论体系不完善、研究队伍较分散、研究方法待集成等问题,亟需拓展研究领域、充实研究内容、加强理论研究、重视人才培养、集成先进技术、对接国家需求。中国历史医学地理学应成为历史地理学和健康地理学的重要分支,更好地服务"健康中国"的建设。In this paper,we use the bibliometrics method to comb the literature in the field of Chinese historical medical geography in the past 30 years.The results show that:The total number of articles on Chinese historical medical geography is rising.Historical disease geography is a traditional research field,in which the articles accounting for 80.53%of totals.Historical health geography is a novel research hotspot,in which the articles are increasing year by year,and accounting for 19.47%.History,geography,and traditional Chinese medicine are the main subjects involved in Chinese historical disease geography,while traditional Chinese medicine,geography,and history are the main subjects in studying Chinese historical health geography.Chinese historical medical geography has formed six sub-disciplines,ranked by the number of relative articles:historical epidemic disaster geography,historical infectious disease geography,historical medicine geography,historical convalescent geography,historical endemic geography,historical longevity geography.There are some limitations in the researches on Chinese historical medical geography,such as unbalanced development among sub-disciplines,imperfect theoretical system,scattered research teams,and insufficient method integration.Thus,it is urgent to expand its fields,enrich its themes,strengthen its theories,attach great importance to training talents,integrate advanced technology,and meet national needs.Chinese historical medical geography will be an important branch of not only historical geography but also health geography in better serving the construction of"Healthy China".
