摘　　要：随着国内废钢价格的降低,在转炉炼钢生产中多用废钢可大幅度降低生产成本。天津天钢联合特钢有限公司结合自身工艺特点,充分利用LF的电弧热源和钢液余温熔化废钢。在对LF精炼炉加废钢熔化机理、熔化及混匀时间、夹杂物分析等进行深入研究的基础上,确定了合理的LF精炼炉加废钢工艺,提高了炼钢工序废钢比,降低了铁耗。经生产实践,2019年6月份LF精炼炉废钢加入量达到1.54 t/炉,可降低铁耗10.56 kg/t。通过效益核算,当LF精炼使用的废钢价格与实际钢坯销售价格差值在280元/t以上时,可产生明显经济效益。且在LF精炼废钢加入后,未对钢水质量造成不良影响,终点氧位达到钢种要求,成效显著。Due to the slump of steel scrap price in domestic,using steel scrap as the raw material for converter smelting can greatly reduce the production costs.Combined with its own process features,Tianjin Tiangang United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.fully used the arc heat source of LF and the residual temperature of molten steel to melt steel scrap.According to the thorough research on the melting mechanism,melting and mixing time and inclusion analysis of steel scrap adding to LF,the reasonable process of LF with steel scrap as the addition was determined,thus the steel scrap ratio in steelmaking was improved,and the iron consumption was reduced.Through production practice,when LF was fed with steel scraps reaching 1.54 t per furnace in June 2019,iron consumption could be reduced to 10.56 kg/t.By means of benefit accounting,when a gap between the price of steep scraps used in LF refining and the sales price of actual steel billets reached more than 280 yuan/t,distinct economic benefits could be produced.Furthermore,adding steel scraps during LF refining didn’t cause adverse effects to the quality of molten steel,the endpoint oxygen content met steel grade requirements,and showed remarkable effects.
