互联网背景下残障群体的社会心态研究

摘　　要：研究残障群体的社会心态,对于了解和推动我国残障事业的发展有重要作用。本研究通过受访者驱动抽样调查,成功回收了516份关于残障人士社会心态的有效调研问卷。通过对数据的分析发现,当前残障群体的社会心态总体较好,被访者普遍关心与自身相关的生存权利,认同互联网对社会融合的促进作用,对政府和社会生活的评价较高。值得注意的是,部分残障群体希望继续改进当前互联网无障碍使用、公共无障碍设施建设等与残障群体工作学习等持续发展相关的保障制度。此外,应当注意不同障别残障群体的差异需求,推进有针对性的改善工作。The research on the social mentality of persons with disabilities plays an important role in understanding and promoting the development of disability cause in China.Based on the method of respondent-driven sampling,this survey collected516 valid questionnaires on the social mentality of persons with disabilities.The survey found that their current social mentality is generally good,who are satisfied with the work of the government and the Chinese Disabled Persons’ Federation(CDPF),and agree with the role of the Internet in promoting social integration,and have a high expectation for the prospects of social development.However,it is worth noting that some disability groups are still partially dissatisfied with the accessibility of the Internet and barrierfree facilities in the public.They hope that in the future,we can strengthen the insurance system related to sustainable development such as rights of education and employment.In particular,we should pay attention to the needs of different groups of persons with disabilities so as to improve the related work in the future.
