摘 要:目的:本文主要分析了全自动生化分析仪和血气分析仪电解质的实际测定结果,并对结果进行对比。方法:选取本科室2018年12月~2019年1月收治的患者50例,并对50例患者采用血气分析仪检测以及全自动生化分析仪进行电解质的测定,并对结果数据进行对比。结果:在一定程度上血气分析仪检测氯离子的浓度是要高于全自动分析仪,在钠离子血气分析仪浓度检测中是要低于全自动生化分析仪,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:全自动生化分析仪和血气分析仪在电解质测定中是存在差异的,相关研究学者建议临床医生需要以全自动生化分析仪的检测结果作为标准。Objective:The purpose of this paper is to analyze the actual electrolyte measurement results of automatic biochemical analyzer and blood gas analyzer,and to compare the results.Methods:Select 50 patients admitted to the undergraduate room from December 2018 to January 2019,and the blood gas analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer were used to measure the electrolyte in these 50 patients,and the results were compared.Results:To a certain extent,the concentration of chlorine ions detected by the blood gas analyzer was higher than that by the automatic analyzer,while that by the sodium ion blood gas analyzer was lower than that by the automatic biochemical analyzer.The difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion:There are differences between the automatic biochemical analyzer and the blood gas analyzer in the electrolyte determination.The relevant researchers suggest that the clinician should take the results of the automatic biochemical analyzer as the standard.
