胎心监护仪在产妇分娩方式与妊娠结局方面的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析胎心监护仪在产妇分娩方式与妊娠结局方面的影响。方法:以本院于2019年7月~2020年4月收治的86例产妇为研究对象,根据产妇分娩的先后顺序以及43例单组区间条件分别归纳为对照组、观察组;对照组产妇接受常规检查,观察组产妇以胎心监护仪监测胎心,对比分析两组产妇的分娩方式以及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果:观察组产妇的阴道分娩率为88.37%,剖宫产率为11.63%,对照组产妇的阴道分娩率为67.44%,剖宫产率为32.56%,组间差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05);观察组产妇的不良妊娠发生率为6.98%,相比对照组的34.88%,数据值较小,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论:产妇以胎心监护仪监测胎心,有利于医护人员更好的明确产妇、胎儿状况,提高阴道分娩率,减少不良妊娠发生率,可为母婴结局提供较好的安全保障。Objective:To analyze heart monitor on puerpera childbirth way and the pregnancy outcome.Methods:86 cases of parturients admitted in our hospital from July 2019 to April 2020 were taken as the research objects.According to the order of delivery of the parturients and the conditions of the single group interval of 43 cases,they were classified into the control group and the observation group;control maternal accept routine inspection,observation group with maternal cardiac heart monitor monitoring,compared two groups of maternal mode of delivery,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Results:The observation group of maternal vaginal births in 88.37%,the cesarean delivery rate was 11.63%,the control of maternal vaginal births was 67.44%,the cesarean delivery rate was 32.56%,the difference between group established statistical significance(P<0.05);observation group of maternal adverse pregnancy rate was 6.98%,compared with the control group,34.88%of the smaller values of the data,established statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maternal cardiac heart monitor monitoring,is advantageous to the medical staff clear maternal and fetal condition better,improve the vaginal births,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy,can provide better security for maternal and infant outcomes.
