摘　　要：目的:探讨分析喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在胆囊腹腔镜麻醉中的应用效果。方法:按数字法随机选取2017年11月~2019年9月本院收治的96例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,均等分为48例观察组和48例对照组,观察组采用喉罩麻醉方式,对照组采用气管插管麻醉方式,对比分析两组患者的麻醉效果。结果:观察组患者维库溴铵用药量低于对照组;且术后清醒时间以及拔管时间均短于对照组;患者的麻醉优良率95.83%,显著高于对照组79.17%(P<0.05)。结论:在胆囊腹腔镜麻醉中应用喉罩麻醉方式,较气管插管麻醉有明显的优势,效果更佳,可有效缩短拔管时间和术后清醒时间,安全性高,对身体的损伤小。Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:96 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to September 2019 were randomly selected by digital method and equally divided into 48 observation groups and 48 control groups.The observation group was anesthetized by laryngeal mask airway and the control group was anesthetized by tracheal intubation.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The dosage of vecuronium in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The wake-up time and extubation time after operation were shorter than those in the control group.The excellent and good anesthesia rate of the patients was 95.83%,significantly higher than that of the control group 79.17%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has obvious advantages and better effects than tracheal intubation anesthesia.It can effectively shorten the extubation time and postoperative awake time,has high safety and little damage to the body.
