早期与延迟支气管镜代胸腔镜治疗老年自发性气胸的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究早期与延迟支气管镜代胸腔镜疗法治疗老年自发性气胸的效果。方法:在本院2018年8月~2019年10月诊治的老年自发性气胸患者中选出178例为对象,根据患者的治疗意愿分成早期组和延迟组,早期组患者于发病后第3天接受支气管镜代胸腔镜治疗,延迟组与发病后第8天接受支气管镜代胸腔镜治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:早期组患者并发症发生率6.74%,低于延迟组的并发症发生率19.10%,P<0.05;早期组的住院时间短于延迟组,P<0.001。结论:早期采用支气管镜代胸腔镜疗法有助于促进老年自发性气胸患者早日康复,减少并发症,缩短住院时间。Objective:To investigate the effect of early and delayed bronchoscopy in the treatment of senile spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods:178 elderly patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were selected from August 2018 to October 2019 in our hospital.According to the treatment intention of the patients,the patients in the early group were divided into the early group and the delayed group.The patients in the early group received bronchoscopy instead of thoracoscopy on the third day after the onset of the disease,and the delayed group received bronchoscopy instead of thoracoscopy on the eighth day after the onset of the disease.Results:The complication rate of patients in the early group was 6.74%,which was lower than the complication rate of 19.10%in the delayed group,P<0.05;the hospital stay in the early group was shorter than that in the delayed group,P<0.001.Conclusion:The early use of bronchoscopy instead of thoracoscopy is helpful to promote the early recovery of elderly patients with spontaneous pneumothorax,reduce complications and shorten hospital stay.
