摘　　要：目的:观察空气波压力治疗仪在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:从本院2016年3月~2019年3月收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者中抽取48例,按照随机数字表法将其均分为对照组(行常规治疗,组内患者24例)与实验组(加用空气波压力治疗仪,组内患者24例),比较两组患者的实验结束后的治疗效果。结果:手术1周后,实验组患者的VAS评分、患肢肿胀最大直径以及并发症率均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加用空气波压力治疗仪能够帮助老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者提升治疗体验,降低并发症率。Objective:To observe the effect of air wave pressure treatment instrument in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2019,48 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(routine treatment,24 patients in the group)and the experimental group(with air wave pressure treatment instrument,24 patients in the group).The therapeutic effect of the two groups after the end of the experiment was compared.Results:One week after the operation,the VAS score,the largest diameter of swelling and the complication rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The air wave pressure treatment instrument can help the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture to improve the treatment experience and reduce the rate of complications.
