摘  要:目的:分析磁共振诊断骨挫伤的临床作用价值。方法:回顾性分析在2018年1月~2020年6月于本院接收治疗的50例骨挫伤患者的临床资料,观察在所有患者采用磁共振检查后的检查结果以及检查准确率。结果:在50例患者中,患者诊断准确率为90%,其中磁共振检查后患者受伤部位包括股骨下端内、外侧髁挫伤、髌骨挫伤;出现多发性骨挫伤43例;软骨损伤情况中,股骨胫骨对吻患者15例,股骨髌骨对吻患者17例,胫骨腓骨对吻患者12例;前后交叉韧带损伤患者12例,内外侧副韧带损伤患者19例,半月板损伤患者19例。结论:对骨挫伤患者采用磁共振进行临床诊断,有利于医师对患者的患处附属结构损伤、软骨损伤、骨挫伤部位进行仔细观察。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of bone contusion.Methods:The clinical data of 50 patients with bone contusion who received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the examination results and examination accuracy rate of all patients after using MRI were observed.Results:In 50 patients,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 90%,and the injured sites included medial and lateral ankle contusion and patella contusion after MRI examination;there were 43 cases of multiple bone contusion;15 cases of femoral and tibial anastomosis,17 cases of femoral patellar anastomosis,12 cases of tibial fibula anastomosis;12 cases of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injuries,19 cases of medial and lateral collateral ligament injuries,and 19 cases of meniscus injuries.Conclusion:The clinical diagnosis of bone contusion by MRI is helpful for doctors to observe the injury of accessory structure,cartilage and bone contusion.
