摘 要:未来电网的超复杂性,使得电网体系结构(grid architecture)的研究至关重要,它是整个电网最高级别的描述(最顶层的模型)。从三个角度评述"分层分群的电网体系结构"的理念:①互联系统平衡区(balance area,BA)范式的拓展;②层流结构(laminarstructure)的数学基础;③学习互联网(Internet)的智能。清晰地表明,基于"将系统分解为群集(clusters)的层次结构和全局协调"以及"每个集群(cluster)都保持自己的净功率平衡和局部自优化"的分层分群体系结构的电网(如具有智能外围的智能电网GRIP)像Internet一样智能,且有数学基础,特别适合未来电网的需要。这些研究可为电网现代化规划和设计提供有价值的新视野和新方法。The extreme complexity of the future power grid makes research on grid architecture very important.It is the highest level(topmost)description(model)of the entire grid.This paper discusses the concept of“layered and clustered grid structure”from three perspectives:the expansion of the balance area of the interconnected systems,the mathematical foundation of the laminar flow structure,and learning the intelligence of the Internet.Research has shown that a layered and clustered grid architecture(such as GRIP),based on the concepts of“decomposing the system into a layering structure of clusters and implementing global coordination”and“each cluster maintaining its own net power balance and local selfish optimization”,has a mathematical foundation and is as smart as the Internet,such that it is especially suitable for the needs of future grids.These studies can provide a valuable new vision and new methodologies for power grid modernization planning and design.
