河北省唐山市曹妃甸区3~6岁儿童肠道寄生虫感染情况调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解当前河北省唐山市曹妃甸区3~6岁儿童肠道寄生虫感染情况,为学生肠道寄生虫的防治工作提供指导作用。方法收集3~6岁儿童粪便,采用生理盐水涂片法、饱和盐水浮聚法以及透明胶带肛拭法检查肠道寄生虫虫卵,运用SPSS Statistics对感染情况进行卡方检验。结果共调查824例粪便样品,该地区肠道寄生虫总感染率为2.06%,不同性别儿童肠道寄生虫感染情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);农村组儿童肠道寄生虫感染情况明显高于城市组,该结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童肠道寄生虫感染情况在农村区域仍然相对较高,应科学减少感染肠道寄生虫的机会,确保儿童的身体健康。Objectives To understand the current situation of intestinal parasite infection of children from 3 to 6 years old in Caofeidian Distric,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of intestinal parasite in students in the future.Methods Fresh fecal samples were collected and examined for intestinal parasites infection by using the physiological saline direct smear method,saturation solution of NaCl floatation method and adhesive tape method.Chi-square test was used to test the infection by SPSS statistics.Results A total of 824 feces samples were investigated.The total infection rate of intestinal parasites was 2.06%.There was no significant difference in the results of intestinal parasite infection between different genders(P>0.05).The infection rate of intestinal parasites in rural group was significantly higher than that in urban group(P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of intestinal parasites in rural children is still high,so we should reduce the chance of infecting intestinal parasites and ensure children's health.
