吉林省2007-2018年砷检测实验室外质控样品考核结果分析  

External quality control result for arsenic laboratory in Jilin province from 2007 to 2018

摘　　要：目的总结分析2007年-2018年吉林省砷检测实验室外质控考核结果。方法采用Z比评分法进行检测结果的统计学评价。结果参加考核的省级实验室2007年及2008年尿砷测定结果不合格,2009-2018年尿砷测定结果全部合格,水砷测定结果全部合格;市、县级实验室历年的水砷和尿砷测定结果的合格率均为100%,反馈率为100%。结论吉林省省、市、县三级实验室都有相对较好的砷检测能力。Objective To analysis of external quality control result for arsenic laboratory in Jili province from 2007 to 2018.Methods To evaluate the testing results with Z score value evaluation method.Results The results of urinearsenic determination in provincial laboratories in 2007 and 2008 were not qualified,the results of urinearsenic determination from 2009 to 2018 were all qualified,and the result of water arsenic determination were all qualified.The qualified rate and the response rete of water arsenic and urine arsenic in the municipal and county-level labroatories over the years are all 100%.Conclusion The provincial,municipal and county level lboratores in Jilin province have relatively good arsenic detectionability.
