中药“2号布病丸”治疗气阴两虚型慢性布病效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察改进后的2号布病丸对气阴两虚型慢性布病的治疗疗效,为下一步治疗慢性布病提供参考依据。方法给予41例气阴两虚型慢性期布病患者2号布病丸,共治疗4个疗程,统计学处理并分析2号布病丸的治疗效果。结果从单个症状和体征改善情况统计结果显示,其乏力、自汗、盗汗、手足发热、口燥咽干、肌肉关节酸痛、虚烦不眠症状等症状及体征明显减轻(包括消失),其改善率分别为94.87%、89.29%、90.48%、94.12%、91.30%、90.32%、95.45%;2号布病丸治疗近期有效率为95.12%,远期有效率87.80%,近期与远期疗效相比,差异无统计学意义。结论具有扶正固本,益气养阴之功效的2号布病丸对表现为乏力、多汗、五心烦热、肌肉关节疼痛的慢性布鲁氏菌病患者有显著疗效,且服用简便且经济,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of improved No.2 Brucellosis Pill on chronic brucellosis with deficiency of Qi and Yin and provide the reference for the next step treatment on chronic brucellosis.Method 41 cases of chronic brucellosis with deficiency of Qi and Yin were given 4 courses of treatment with No.2 Brucellosis Pill and observed,the treatment effect of No.2 Brucellosis Pill were processed and analyzed by statistical method.Results The symptoms and signs of fatigue,self-sweating,night sweating,fever of hand and foot,dry mouth and throat,soreness of muscle and joint,vacuity and sleepless were obviously relieved(including disappearance).The improvement rate was 94.87%,89.29%,90.48%,94.12%,91.30%,90.32%,95.45%,respectively.The short-term and longterm efficacy of No.2 Brucellosis Pill were 95.12%and 87.80%dividedly,and there was no significant difference between short-term and long-term efficacy.Conclusion:No.2 Brucellosis Pill,which has the effect of supporting healthy energyand strengthening qi and nourishing yin,has remarkable curative effect on chronic brucellosis patients with fatigue,sweating,burning sensation of five centres and muscle joint pain,in addition,it is simple and economical to take,and is worthy of clinical application.
