摘  要:目的评价利用CT测量氟骨病患者骨密度的可行性。方法选取2018年5月至2020年3月本院收治的氟骨病患者66例,均进行腰椎间盘区域CT扫描,观察氟骨病患者骨质改变的CT征象及腰椎椎体松质骨骨密度含量。结果纳入的66例氟骨病患者,经CT扫描均伴有椎间小关节增生硬化,其中黄韧带增厚20例,关节间隙真空征象16例,黄韧带骨化13例,骨性椎管狭窄10例,竹节样改变7例,合并不同层面椎间盘突出或膨出43例。氟骨病男性患者腰1~3骨密度值呈现递减趋势。氟骨病女性患者腰1~3骨密度值呈现递减趋势。男性患者各年龄段腰椎骨密度峰值高于女性,且50岁之前高于女性程度较大,50岁之后男、女性患者腰椎骨密度值随年龄下降趋势明显,但差异无统计学意义。结论CT可定量反映氟骨病患者腰椎骨密度变化,有助于氟骨病骨量丢失的早期诊断及监测随访。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using CT to measure bone mineral density(BMD)in patients with osteofluorosis.Methods 66 patients with osteofluorosis in our hospital from May 2018 to March 2020 were selected,and the CT signs of bone changes and the content of cancellous bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae were observed.Results The 66 patients with osteofluorosis were all accompanied with intervertebral facet joint hyperplasia and sclerosis by CT scanning,including 20 cases of ligamentum flavum thickening,16 cases of joint space vacuum sign,13 cases of ligamentum flavum ossification,10 cases of bony spinal stenosis,7 cases of bamboo like changes,43 cases of intervertebral disc protrusion or bulging at different levels.The BMD values of lumbar 1 to 3 in male patients with osteofluorosis showed a decreasing trend.The BMD values of lumbar 1 to 3 in female patients with osteofluorosis showed a decreasing trend.The peak value of lumbar BMD in male patients was higher than that in female patients at all ages;after 50 years of age,the lumbar BMD of male and female patients decreased significantly with age,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion CT can quantitatively reflect the changes of lumbar bone mineral density in patients with osteofluorosis,which is helpful for the early diagnosis,monitoring and follow-up of bone loss in patients with osteofluorosis.
