摘 要:高压套管外绝缘特性较一般绝缘子更为复杂,为研究垂直电场分量对套管结构设备外绝缘污闪特性影响机制,搭建了模拟试验平台。由印度尼西亚电网发生的一起变电站变压器套管污闪事故起,首先详细分析了事故发生的过程和原因,总结了其特有的污闪规律;其次,基于事故中实际套管试制了简化模型,该模型具有强垂直电场分量特性,并验证了简化模型的关键参数;接着基于实验室试制的有无强垂直电场分量模型的污闪特性分别开展了人工污秽试验,研究了不同等值盐密和爬电距离条件下2种模型试品的闪络电压的特性差异;测量和分析了具有强垂直电场分量试品污闪过程中电压电流的变化规律及其差异,最后,提出了符合强垂直电场结构特性的污闪–滑闪转化模型,这一模型与实际工程中和实验室试品试验中获得的结果均较相符。The external insulation properties of bushings are more complicated compared with those of ordinary insulators.In order to study the influence and its mechanism of vertical electric field on the bushing structure pollution flashover,a simulation platform was established.In accordance with the occurrance of a bushing pollution flashover accident in indonesia,first,the process and causes of this accident were analyzed,and the properties of pollution flashover in this accident were summarized.Secondly,bushing samples based on real bushing were designed and the crucial parameters were verified.Then the samples in the presence or absence of vertical electric fields were tested using an artificial pollution test method.The properties and comparison in the presence or absence of vertical electric field samples were obtained under different equivalent salt deposit density and creepage length,and the real-time voltage-current waveforms was recorded.Lastly,a model of transformation of pollution flashover to slide flashover fitting strong vertical electric field structure characteristics was established.This model fits well with the phenomena in both actual accident and lab experiments.
