摘  要:基于某大口径电热化学炮工程化研究的需求,开展了紧凑型脉冲电源模块的研究。根据之前发射试验所得结论,以及发射系统对重频连发能力和约束空间的要求,确定了脉冲电源模块的技术参数、电路拓扑和功率器件方案。针对功率器件的特点,提出了共用电极式一体化结构方案和主、被动相结合的内嵌式散热管理方案。通过结构和制造工艺的改进,使功率器件适应了火炮射击的强振动环境,并借助缩比样品验证了其抗振动冲击能力。运用多物理场仿真分析手段,在内嵌式散热结构设计、抗振动冲击试验、模块一体化结构设计等研究的基础上,设计和试制了储能密度高、适应强振动环境、具备重频连发能力的紧凑型脉冲电源模块,并通过模拟负载放电测试和电热化学炮发射试验验证了研究方案的可行性。紧凑型脉冲电源模块的储能密度为1.4 MJ/m3,在短路负载工况和自然冷却方式下能以6次/min的频率连续工作3次。研究结果有助于推进电热化学发射技术的工程化发展,同时也为今后发展大储能量、小型化脉冲电源提供了技术储备。To meet the requirements of engineering research on a large caliber electrothermal chemical gun system,we developed a compact pulsed power module.According to the conclusions of previous launch tests and the requirements of the launching system for the ability of working continuously at a repeated frequency and in a constrained space,we determined the technical parameters,circuit topology,and power device schemes of the module.Moreover,aiming at the characteristics of power devices,we proposed an integrated structure of the common electrode and the active-passive embedded heat management scheme.The improvement of structure and manufacturing technology ensured the power devices to adapt to the strong vibration environment of artillery firing and also verified its anti-vibration ability by scaled prototypes.On the basis of studies on the design of embedded heat dissipation structure,the anti-vibration test,and the design of integrated structure,the module with compact structure,high energy storage density,adaptability to strong vibration environment and continuous working ability at a repeated frequency was developed by means of multi-physical field simulation and analysis.The feasibility of the research scheme of the compact module was verified by simulated load discharge tests and launching experiments of the electrothermal chemical gun.The compact module,whose energy storage density is 1.4 MJ/m3,can work continuously for three times at a frequency of six times per minute under short-circuit load condition and the natural cooling mode.The research results can promote the engineering developments in electrothermal chemical launch technology,and provide a technical reserve for the future development of miniaturized pulsed power supply with large energy storage.
