肱踝脉搏波传导速度在健康体检中应用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)在健康体检中的应用价值。方法收集2018年1月至2019年12月来华东疗养院的健康体检者资料1861例进行回顾性分析。结果baPWV分别在眼底动脉检查和颈血管彩超检查发现的动脉硬化组和无动脉硬化组之间比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。Sperman相关分析提示baPWV检查与眼底动脉检查、颈血管彩超检查相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.383和0.256。高血压组、糖尿病组、高血压合并糖尿病组和对照组间baPWV差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),两两比较显示,除高血压组和糖尿病间差异无统计学意义外,其余各组间差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病组和高血压合并糖尿病组间年龄、性别差异无统计学意义,baPWV差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),高血压合并糖尿病组baPWV快。结论baPWV可以更早期发现体检人群的动脉血管病变,并准确评价动脉硬化程度。Objective To explore the value of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in health examination.Methods The data of 1861 cases coming to Huadong Sanatorium for health examination from January 2018 to December 2019 were collected for retrospective analysis.Results The baPWV was compared between the arteriosclerosis group and the non-arteriosclerosis group detected by fundus artery examination and carotid ultrasound respectively,and the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01).Sperman correlation analysis suggested that baPWV examination was correlated with fundus artery examination and carotid artery color ultrasound examination(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were 0.383 and 0.256,respectively.The baPWV was significantly different between the hypertension group,diabetes group,hypertension with diabetes group and control group(P<0.01).Pairwise comparison showed that except the hypertension group and diabetes group,baPWV was significantly different between the other groups(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in age and gender between the diabetes group and the hypertension with diabetes group.The baPWV was highly significant(P<0.01),and baPWV was rapid in the hypertension with diabetes group.Conclusion The baPWV can detect early arterial vascular lesions in the health examination population and accurately evaluate the degree of atherosclerosis.
