摘　　要：目的探讨海勤疗养员高尿酸血症与高血脂及肝功能异常的相关性,为针对性预防及治疗提供参考。方法随机选择50例高尿酸血症海勤疗养员作为实验组,并随机选取同期血尿酸正常的50例海勤疗养员作为对照组;分析两组患者的基本资料,并对两组研究对象的血尿酸(UA)、血脂(TG、TC、HDL、LDL)、肝功能(ALT、AST、GGT)进行比较,通过Logistics回归分析高尿酸血症与高血脂、肝功能的相关性。结果与对照组相比,观察组的AST、ALT、GGT、TG、TC、LDL、HDL及脂肪肝指数差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);Logistics回归分析显示,海勤疗养员的年龄、ALT、AST、GGT、TC、LDL水平以及脂肪肝与高尿酸血症均存在显著独立相关性(P<0.05)。结论海勤疗养员高尿酸血症对高血脂及肝功能有重要影响,应重视和加强预防控制,为改善其并发症提供依据。Objective To investigate the correlation between hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia and abnormal liver function in marine convalescents,so as to provide reference for targeted prevention and treatment.Methods 50 marine convalescents with hyperuricemia were randomly selected as the experimental group,and 50 marine convalescents with normal uric acid were randomly selected as the control group.The basic data of patients in the two groups were analyzed,and Logistics regression was adopted to analyze blood uric acid(UA),blood lipid(TG,TC,HDL,LDL),and liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)so as to get the correlation between hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia and liver function.Results Compared with the control group,the differences of AST,ALT,GGT,TG,TC,LDL,HDL and fatty liver index in the observation group were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).Logistics regression analysis showed that there was significant independent correlation between age,ALT,AST,GGT,TC LDL level,fatty liver and hyperuricemia among marine convalescents(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperuricemia has important effects on hyperlipidemia and liver function in marine convalescents,so we should pay attention to and strengthen prevention and control to provide basis for improving its complications.
