中学体育教师服务型领导行为与中学生体育锻炼满意感的相关关系研究:基于有调节作用的中介变量模型  被引量:6

摘  要:采用问卷调查法对438名中学生进行了调查。结果:1)抽样中学体育教师服务型领导行为对样本中学生运动成就目标、样本中学生运动成就目标对其体育锻炼满意感,均具有显著的正向影响作用(p<0.01)。2)样本中学生的运动成就目标在抽样中学体育教师服务型领导行为与样本中学生的体育锻炼满意感之间的中介作用成立,中介效应占比为72.22%。3)抽样中学体育教师服务型领导行为与样本中学生体育锻炼主观体验对样本中学生的运动成就目标及其体育锻炼满意感的负向影响作用均显著(p<0.05)。结论:1)抽样中学体育教师服务型领导行为、样本中学生的体育锻炼主观体验、样本中学生的运动成就目标与其体育锻炼满意感均具有显著正相关性。2)抽样中学体育教师服务型领导行为可以直接正向影响样本中学生的体育锻炼满意感,也可以通过样本中学生的运动成就目标对其体育锻炼满意感起间接影响作用。3)抽样中学体育教师服务型领导行为对样本中学生的体育锻炼满意感的直接作用及对样本中学生的运动成就目标的影响作用均受样本中学生体育锻炼主观体验的调节。A questionnaire survey was conducted among 438 middle school students.Results:1)the service-oriented leadership behavior of P.E.teachers in the sample middle school had a significant positive effect on the sports achievement goal of the sample middle school students,and the sports achievement goal of the sample middle school students had a significant positive effect on their satisfaction of physical exercise(p<0.01).2)The mediating effect between the service-oriented leadership behavior of P.E.teachers and the satisfaction of physical exercise of the sample middle school students was established,and the mediating effect accounted for 72.22%.3)The product of the service-oriented leadership behavior of the physical education teachers and the subjective experience of the physical exercise of the sample middle school students had significant negative effects on the sports achievement goal and satisfaction of the physical exercise of the sample middle school students(p<0.05).Conclusions:1)there is a significant positive correlation between the service-oriented leadership behavior of physical education teachers,the subjective experience of physical exercise and the sports achievement goal of the sample middle school students.2)The service-oriented leadership behavior of P.E.teachers in sample middle schools can directly and positively affect the satisfaction of physical exercise of middle school students,and it can also indirectly affect the satisfaction of physical exercise through the goal of sports achievement.3)The direct effect of service-oriented leadership behavior of P.E.teachers in sample middle schools on their satisfaction with physical exercise and their influence on their achievement goals are all moderated by their subjective experience of physical exercise.
