摘 要:目的研究南天竹果实生物碱部位的化学成分,为此部位的定性与定量分析提供化学物质基础。方法采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱、微孔树脂柱、C18柱等多种柱色谱进行分离;采用核磁共振波谱法,结合理化性质,并对照文献对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从南天竹果实生物碱部位中分离鉴定得到11个生物碱类,分别鉴定为N-Methyl-3-phenyl-N-(2(S),3(R),4-trihydroxy-butyl)-acrylamide (1)、N-Methyl-3-phenyl-N-(2(R),3(R),4-trihydroxy-butyl)-acrylamide (2)、O-甲基南天竹碱(3)、N-去甲基南天竹碱(4)、Hydroxynantenine (5)、南天宁碱(6)、巴马亭(7)、O-甲基球紫堇碱(8)、海罂粟碱(9)、去二氢海罂粟碱(10)和5-羟基-2-吡啶羧酸甲酯(11)。结论化合物1和2为新化合物,化合物5和11首次从该植物中分离得到,结果可为南天竹生物碱部位定性与定量分析提供化学物质基础。Objective To study the chemical constituents from the Pteris cretica L. Methods The Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column and C18 semi-preparative column, and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as N-Methyl-3-phenyl-N-[2(S),3(R),4-trihydroxy-butyl]-acrylamide(1), N-Methyl-3-phenyl-N-[2(R),3(R),4-trihydroxy-butyl]-acrylamide(2), O-methyl sulphonine(3), N-desmethyl nandinine(4), Hydroxynantenine(5), nantenine(6), palmatine(7), O-methylbulbocapnine(8), glaucine(9), didehydroglaucine(10), methyl 5-Hydroxy-2-pyridinecarboxylate(11). Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 were new compounds. Compounds 5 and 11 were isolated from Nandina domestica for the first time. The isolated compounds could be used as chemical references for quality analysis of Nandina domestica alkaloid extraction.
