姜黄素结肠定位片的制备及其体外释放评价

摘　　要：目的制备姜黄素结肠定位包衣片,对其进行质量控制,并考察其体外释放度。方法片芯采用湿法制粒制备,测定其脆碎度、重量差异、硬度;Ⅲ号丙烯酸树脂作为包衣材料,普通滚转包衣法对片芯进行包衣,对其进行冲击强度试验、耐湿耐水试验;采用紫外可见分光光度法测定其体外释放度。结果制备的姜黄素片芯和包衣片按2015版的《中国药典》方法进行检测,均达标。结论制备的姜黄素结肠定位包衣片具有结肠定位靶向释药作用。Objective To prepare curcumin colon-specific coated tablets and control its quality in vitro. Methods The curcumin core was prepared by wet granulation, its friability, weight difference and hardness were measured. III acrylic resin was coated on the surface of the core with ordinary roll coating method. The impact strength test, moisture and water resistance tests were carried out. Its release in vitro was tested by UV-visible spectrophotometric determination. Results Preparation of curcumin core tablets and coated tablets were tested according to the national pharmacopoeia of the 2015 version They all met standard. Conclusion The curcumin colon-specific coated tablets have colon-targeted drug delivery.
