摘　　要：引汉济渭工程横跨秦岭,其中调水工程、输配水工程的黄池沟配水枢纽和南干线部分线路涉及秦岭生态保护范围以及多个自然保护区。本文对现有的秦岭生态环境保护工作成效进行了归纳总结,对如何在输配水工程建设中吸取经验,进一步从设计、招标、过程管控等方面进行全方位思考,同时系统地分析了在引汉济渭工程建设的全过程中,如何始终正确对待环保问题,做好秦岭生态环境保护工作,并在引汉济渭工程建成以后达到涵养秦岭生态、美化环境的目标。Hanjiang-to-Weihe Water Diversion Project runs through Qinling Mountains,wherein Huangchigou water distribution hub of water diversion project and water conveyance project as well as some south trunk lines are related to Qingling ecological protection area and a number of nature reserves.The existing results of Qinling ecological environmental protection work are summarized in the paper.How to draw experience from the construction of water transmission and distribution project is further thought comprehensively from the aspects of design,bidding,process control,etc.Meanwhile,how to always treat the environment protection problem correctly during the whole process of Hanjiang-to-Weihe Water Diversion Project construction is systematically analyzed.Qinling ecological environment protection is followed.The goal of conserving Qinling resources and beautifying the environment can be achieved after the construction of Hanjiang-to-Weihe Water Diversion Project.
