摘  要:目的:探究不同有氧运动方式对甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)依赖者食欲和奖赏系统功能的改善作用。方法:采用利兹食物偏好问卷和食物图片线索任务,借助近红外功能成像技术,分别从行为与大脑激活层面,对比10周中等强度有氧功率自行车运动和舞蹈运动对食物奖赏的干预效果。结果:相比于舞蹈运动,功率自行车运动显著提升了MA依赖者对高脂食物图片诱发的右侧背外侧前额叶皮层的激活水平。结论:功率自行车运动干预能够有效提高MA依赖者前额叶皮层的激活水平,从而有利于恢复其对食物等自然奖赏物的敏感性。Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on appetite and reward system function in individuals with methamphetamine(MA)dependence.Methods:This study used Leeds Food Preference Questionnaire(LFPQ)to estimate the food reward(explicit liking,implicit wanting and relative preference)for high or low fat and sweet or savoury food images.The functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)was used to measure the effects of 10-week moderate-intensity cycling and dance exercise on prefrontal activity related to food images.Result:Compared to dance exercise,cycling significantly increased the activation of the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex to images of high-fat food in the MA-dependent individuals.Conclusions:The results suggest that cycling exercise reestablish the food reward system hijacked by drugs and increase the activation of the prefrontal cortex of MA-dependent individuals,which could contribute to an improvement in responsiveness to natural,non-drug rewards.
