摘 要:脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)是促进海马神经元再生,提高学习与记忆的关键神经营养因子。运动可增加脑内BDNF表达,在促进认知、预防和改善神经退行性疾病中发挥重要作用。然而,运动在外周水平对脑内BDNF的调控机制尚未被完全揭示。研究从骨骼肌因子irisin、cathepsin B和IGF-1以及能量代谢产物β-羟丁酸、乳酸和α-酮戊二酸出发,对目前运动从外周调控脑内BDNF表达、促进认知的机制进行梳理,旨在为运动促进认知功能的应用提供理论基础,为脑退行性疾病的药物研究提供新的思路和方向。Brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)is a key neurotrophic factor that promotes neurogenesis in hippocampus and enhances learning and memory.Exercise plays a vital role in preventing and alleviating brain degenerative disease,as it could promote cognition through enhancing the expression of BDNF in the brain.However,how exercise regulates the expression of BDNF in the brain through peripheral factors has not yet been fully elucidated.Here,we review the current mechanism of how exercise modulates BDNF expression to promote cognitive functions at peripheral level in aspects of myokines(irisin,cathepsin B and IGF-1)and metabolites(β-hydroxybutyrate,lactate andα-ketoglutarate),aiming to provide the theoretical basis for the application of exercise to promote cognitive function,as well as to provide new ideas for future drug discovery on neurodegenerative diseases.
